Buyer acknowledges that certain products sold by T&B Thermal Optics, including thermal imaging devices, night vision equipment, and related accessories, may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Buyer agrees not to export, re-export, transfer, resell, ship, or otherwise provide such products outside of the United States without first obtaining all required governmental authorizations and approvals.
Buyer further agrees not to sell, transfer, or provide such products to any foreign person, foreign entity, or any individual or organization subject to U.S. sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions. Buyer is solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and international laws regarding the possession, use, transfer, and export of these products.
By completing this purchase, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and certifies that the products purchased from T&B Thermal Optics will remain within the United States unless all applicable export requirements have been satisfied.
